on D keep the head swingin, man, ball, man ball.. constantly so that you don't lose him, also use your stick as HELPER, don't rely totally on it.

um... dont get cocky, i know its part of the game, but if you think your better then anyone else in the league, and you run into someone better then you its a big fall, always know that you can and will get better with time,
