It sucks. Terrible. Awful. Burn it.

....uhh....
i can tell you're a beginner...so the head's fine. if a bunch of people rant how "it sucks and u should get this 100 buck head" then dont listen to em. for your skill level its fine.

I know a few people that have them. I've never used one but I'd imaging that it wouldn't be bad for defense. It seems to be fairly durable because of the lack of open sidewalls. I had a brine shotgun. It was wide and onset and i dont use it anymore but it would be amazing for defense because it's stiff and just about break proof. The blaze could be the shotgun of the newer heads.

Its my dream stick.........just kidding. For a beginner its fine. Dotn buy some 100 dollar head cuz if you dont liek the game which is an extremely rare situation you wouldve blown 100 dollas. So its fine for you. Welcome to the sport

Somewhere on TLF I saw a picture of a totally pimped out Blaze. Some one had given it a sick pinch and then turned the sidewalls out like the Razer. Im still looking for that pic again.

I like the Icon and I've been playing for like 6 years now. And its only like 30 bucks, i would go with that.

icon has a decent pinch for a beginner's head. some beginners wouldn't adjust to it well.

Then again when i first started playin i would of killed for a blaze, my first stick was a ballhog, followed by a cobra talk about weight.

yep....i also had a ballhog. No matter how hard i tried to break in the head, it couldnt make a decent pocket. Butter knife and ball trick, wetting the mesh (tips i got from friends), it just wouldn't work. It was some really weak factory soft mesh job that had the sidewall strings tightened way too much. I then spent my own money and bought a proton. I then used it for a few years and it still remains as a very valuable backup head to me. And i'm paranoid to ever sell it because stx no longer makes it (stupid proton +'s)

^ I understand you. I would never trade my X2 for anything. Not even TEN X2+s.
