Hey, our school just got a new lacrosse program. so i decided to sign up and see what its like. Anyways, I just got my new lacrosse stick.. Its a warrior. nothing special. Im looking for ways to train to get better over the off-season. Are there any drills you guys can tell me about to get me ready for the season?
id like some drills on throwing and catching while running, cradling with both hands, and anything else you guys would think would help.
and also.. any workouts you guys reccomend?
im 5'9 155 lbs
15 years old.
ive had experience with running track, and playing hocky and baseball.
thanks guys, colin.

Drills:
Take a ball and your stick and throw against a brick wall every day. Remember to use both hands catching and throwing. This will make your stick skills grow very quickly.
Walk around the house with your stick as much as possible, it will make you feel extremely comfortable with the stick and the feel of it in your hands.

Colin,
Welcome to TLF. You can start by using the search function to look up some drills. Spend some time looking through the threads including the Training Forum rules and start a new thread if you still need some help. I have to close this thread for now. PM me if you need further help,
