Hi everyone,

I'm here to ask the help of many Lacrosse players.

I've got a PE assignment on Lacrosse and I've been searching the net for the answer to a few questions with no luck.

First off, there is a question regarding goalies, so I thought I'd ask here.

Here it is: List THREE cues for a goal keep when trying to keep the ball out?

As for the rest of the questions I need, I'll try my luck again before asking ^^

Again, all the help I can get is much appreciated.

If you're looking just for 3 keys to stopping the ball (and not all aspects of goaltending), then I would say:

1) Watch the ball (constantly when it's your end)
2) Be in a good, athletic, ready stance
2) Step to the ball/shot. (Lead with the top hand, the body will follow)

1) always be loud to direct ur defense
2) never take ur eyes off the ball
3) dont do anthing stupid like letting in a goal
