Is anyone on LF consistently doing Crossfit as their primary training approach, or has anyone seen it incorporated into their school or club program? Has it helped your lax performance at all?

We do circuit training at pre-season but nothing as planned or intense as the official crossfit..i like the look of it though. All about functionality.

I've been doing a few of the WOD's this offseason, and they are defintely tough, especially after the "warm up." I can see why people fall for this methodology though, as it really keeps your body guessing, and is a very taxing workout on your CNS.
