Get your arms up, torque back your body, and then uncoil and follow with arms and wrists.

Just remember a few important things:
-Keep your arms and elbows up
-Keep your arms out, semi extended and a little bit back behind you
-Keep your hands about 12 inches a part on your stick while shooting
-Put all your weight on your back leg and as you shoot explode forward
-Use/twist your hips and torso (body) to get extra power as you go through your shooting motion
-Drive your arms forward
-And have your arms (and stick) follow through after you shoot.

keep your stick parallel to the ground. Point your elbow to your target. Then swing your stick down like a tennis serve.
