Face Off Whistle Cadence

Could someone email me the files of a lacrosse face off whistle cadence? Like someone saying Down, then a whistle? I want to practice my anticipation and throw it on shuffle on my ipod. I lost my mic so i cant make one myself. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks guys. My email is stinch38@yahoo.com.

It really depends on what area of the country you're playing. The refs in MD have a faster cadence than those in PA. Our team went to Lax Evo in PA and every faceoff was a foul b/c they waited longer than they do in MD

Actually it doesn't matter what part of the country you're in because refs change their cadence or every face off (at least they're supposed to)

They should be different lengths between, that way you don't get stuck going at a certain time. Just a thought.

Well, he said so he could put it on shuffle..I'm guessing hes hopin' for multiple sound files with varrying times between.

yeah, thats what i was shooting for. I know everyone says its a good thing to have, but i dont have a comp mic so i cant do it myself
