is top gun camp any good?

i thought about going to it last year but i went to peak performance and powell brothers instead.

i hear the campus is huge (it's the same campus as the mass bay jamboree in devens?) but a friend of mine said the camp sucked.

the campus is a decent size. Can't quite remember... but it has 3 or 4 dorms... bouge (total crap, I always get stuck in there, for DIII guys mostly), Creed, other ones etc. Got a quad, A 1st class cafeteria with a balcony overlooking the fields. The food is awesome (I heard it was a culinary school so that's why the food is good, not quite sure). Great instruction, at the end you get a sheet grading your performance and some tips by your coaches. Optional clinics during rec hours. Trips into towns which have some good resturants and a supermarket, I live for piggin out on ben&jerry's on rec hours. Anyway.... A+ camp, definetly gotta sign up

yeah, the dorms are such s.h.i.t.

but at topgun i met a bunch of pros and alot of guys from NC,Salisbury,Naz,MD,I guess Johnny Christmas went 2 years ago, but he wasn't allowed back because he stole everyones sticks.

This is the wrong thread to bring up...since theres an ancient poll about it.

Long story short: Lots of scrimmages and you get to play a wide variety of players. Also some decent coaches. Not a lot of instruction and honing your individual skills, though.
