I am lifting tommorow mourning and wondering if I should do it right after and when through the day? It says for building muslce take 3 a day

You should have it before, and 30 minutes after. I reccomend having a shake and eggs for breakfast. The eggs will absorb over hours while whey will take around 10 minutes.

even if i workout at 630 am also we run as well would it affect me

Why run on the same day you lift? Just going to be canablizing your own muscle for energy. If you can I'd break it up to two separate days. Most important time to take it is after a workout (within 30 minutes) and before you go to bed to give your body somethin to rebuild with while you are sleeping. How much you take it depends on how much protein you are getting in your normal diet. I take 2 shakes a day both having two scoops of protein in it for an extra 120g of protein/day supplemental form. I get a good bit more from solid foods though.

canabilize = to eat of the human self. In this sense it means you are eating your own muscle as energy because your body has used up all of its glycogen stores during lifting. I'm not going to go in more detail then that because it would require me to go and get a bunch of sources and I don't have the time to do so.

it's the way we have practice and it's not like running a couple of miles it's more along the lines of agility drills ladder etc.

You want to get the protein digested and in you as quickly as possible after a workout, so drink as soon as you can when finished. Before bed, drink it with milk. This makes it take longer to digest, so you are more active while sleeping.

Whey protein mixed with milk isn't going to digest slower. The whey will digest the same, the caseinate in milk will digest slower. If you are looking for a slow release protein go with caseinate or egg albumin. Whey is fast acting and will digest fast no matter what it's mixed with.

once in the morning with your breakfast, once before you work out, and one right after your done working out, it works the best, cause i've tried other ways and they don't work nearly as good, and it usually tells u when to take the stuff right on the container

No problem, even though on the training forums I'm apart of, we laugh at the people on bb.com just as much as you are in awe at the idiocy on these forums in the training section.
