I was on Lax Nation and I found this Clear head. I have never seen one before.
Do they still make these?

they sure don't... those heads were pretty brittle... though they were pretty sweet looking... there is a guy in europe who makes clear shafts, but that's about it for Clear Technology!

yea, I don't think it is in production yet though, it is said to be made of the plastic material Nalgene bottles are made of, which are very very very very very strong

EHSLAX had one that he got at the Brine Warehouse sale last year. I think he might have sold it though.

aren't Nalgenes made of lexan? that stuff is bullet-proof and really tough. if a head was made out of lexan, I don't think it would flex at all.:thumbsup:

Those things shattered like pencils...someone had one at Vail in '05 and I literally saw it practically explode on a poke-check.

I remember when they first came out with these... The clear edge aero and the grey edge aero, I forgot what that one was called though...

I thought they were just straight polyurethan. (sp?) Man, a long pole version could be vicious.
