Ok so i have seasrched and havent found what i have been looking for.
So i was wondering if you guys could help. Do any of you have a speific routine you do when you run/ train on stairs??? today was my first day and it was ALOT tougher then i expected hahah
This is what i have been doing:
-Jogging up each step 4x and walking back down to get warmed up
-Skipping steps up 2 flights walk back down....did it about 3 times
-hopping both feet each step, did one flight of stairs, walk down
-hopping right foot all the way up walk back down....1 flight
-hopping left all the way up then walk back down
- lastly jogged up about 5 flights each step then jogged back down ( my legs felt like jello jogging down i almost fell hahha)
This in total took me about 23-30min to do.
Also i had alot of trouble keeping my balance doing the one footed hops. Anyone have tips on balance doing this?? i tryed to keep my back more staright up....it worked a bit but i had a hard time seeing the steps.
Thank Guys
