For an office phone you need a corded headset i think

They do make wireless headsets for office phone, they generall consist of a reciever/amp that's plugged into the phone to transmit to the headset. Some of the fancier ones hook onto the phone itself and at the touch of a button lift the reciever hands free for you as well. These things aren't cheap however, but are available anyplace that deals in office supplies (like Staples or Office Depot).

We have a joke in our house about my mom and her presents, and how she never uses the most expensive items. Years ago, we got here a chainsaw (yes a chainsaw) for mothers day. Hasn't taken it out of the box since, and that might've been 7 years ago. Then theres the video ipod she never used, and actually lost last year. She has gotten better though. We got her a chipper (she likes to work around the house - literally re did every single room and hallway since we moved into our house, and the property) which sat in the garage for over a year until a string of 2 or 3 days over this summer we turned it on and mulched some leaves and large sticks. We all laughed and said the same thing how she needed to move onto using the chainsaw.
