How many coaches/staff do you have for your team? When answering, indicate what level your at (i.e. Youth, Middle School, High School, College, Adult, Pro.) and a little background history of each of them (i.e. College experince, etc.).

We currently have 4. We have 3 coaches. One is a D guy and the other is a Middie/Attack guy. We have a personal trainer( he's the d-coaches brother-in-law) that rides are butt's 24/7. This new guy came to Wednesday's
practice, he's a middie/attack guy too. All 3 of the coaches played college level and adult club level. The trainer was a big time runner and football guy that screwed up his leg, which put him outa commision.

GO!

High school level my freshman year had three coaches. One was the head coach and she had played at the college level, the other two were assistant coaches with prior lacrosse experience. We also had a personal trainer that was friends with our head coach.

High school level now I have two coaches, both with prior experience, our head coach played in college and our assistant coach was supposed to. We also have a personal trainer.

One coach. Chase Nye. My hero. Sort of. He coaches varsity, both JV and juniors. He also plays old man's ball on Sundays. Lacrosse seven days a week. Not a great coach, but hey, we'll take whoever. I think this year will be the year we do a lot less 6 vs. 6. That makes practice VERY boring after a while. We'll have to infuse some drills from camp.

In my HS team we had two coaches; the history teacher had played a bit in highschool but the PE techer had no experience. They wanted to start up a Lax team so they went to all the coaching clinics and then got set up with the gear and started a team from scratch. We did pretty good too even though not a singlr player on the team had any experience at all. We played JV teams for the first two years and then moved up. The key to coaching is to get the whole group to work as a team and get motivated. Our coaches were so awesome that my first year of college I didn't even play 'cause I didn't like the coaching.
