I have:

1. SendSong: Can e-mail songs to people if they like it
2. NES: Old School Nintendo games (Super Mario Brothers 1,2, and 3)
3: iPhone Mail: Got to check my e-mail
4: iPhone Notes: Good for quick notes and lists for school
5: Tap Tap Revolution: It's like DDR for you iPod, just touch to the beat. Even allows you to use your own songs to tap to.

Meh, Its very complicated but go to modmyiphone.com to learn how.

EDIT: Acually not as complicated go to jailbreakme.com
Wait 5 minutes and do what it says.
Then go to installer.app on the springboard
First download Community Sources. Then download BSD subsystem
Then download all other apps
