I'm looking to increase my foot and change of direction quickness. What are some good exercises for this? I know there's the BFS dot drill, and I've been doing that. What do you guys do?

(On a side note, how many times a day do you do exercises such as the dot drill?)

I can answer your second question. Most people try to focus on working out/conditioning only once through out the day, and allowing you muscles to recover the rest of the time

Sorry, bad wording.

I meant how many reps of each drill do you do? Just once?

i would say hit the speed and agaility ladder...do different drills with that for example one foot in each square two feet in each square um slalom as in you jump with your feet shoulder with and alternate feet entering the square as a coach or somebody at your highschool gym they should be able to help you...

i like doing those, and, my favorite...

jump rope. i enjoy doing x amount of time on both feet and half that time on right foot hops, then same time as right on single left foot hops. after that i do both feet again for double the time of x and that equals one set. if i mess up once or trip i have to redo it.

i personally think jump rope is the best/simplest/cheapest foot quickness drill

i agree with cchslaxman, jumping rope is great.
i usually do something like this- make a grid with tape on the ground
jump ACACACACACA and ABABABABABABA and then ABDCABDC or ACDBACDB, and other random patterns
