Where did you hear that?

I've heard that the people who run Kezar Stadium are absolute douchebags and are setting conditions that are impossible for the Dragons. So seeing as there is no other suitable venue in San Francisco, it would make sense that the Dragons would look elsewhere in the bay area.

I wouldn't mind if the Dragons moved to San Jose; I might even like it better. From where I live, San Jose is closer and more accessible than San Francisco, especially Kezar Stadium.

I heard that rumor too, and I think its going to happen. With the Stealth at the HP pavillion in San Jose, and The San Jose State University Spartan Stadium it would only make sense to bring it to the valley. It would provide a central place for lacrosse in the bay area and could propel good olde san jose towards a new "hot bed" out west.

It's not like San Jose is that far away from San Franscio. They probaly could still call themselves the San Franscio Dragons.

I actually think they will be calling themselves the san francisco dragons of san jose or something like that like the angels in MLB

id like it. san jose is 20 min. closer than san francisco.
it would be nicer too because it seems every time i got to Dragons games, the weather is really inconsistent.

You are talking about San Francisco, the city that can't make up its mind on the weather.

So the stadium over at San Francisco State doesn't exist or do my eyes play tricks on me when I pass it? Would be a much better place to host the games as far as parking and the ability to get to it, i.e. muni m and 28 bus, and 280 is just three lights away. People seem to forget that there is a stadium over there since most of the CSU's got rid of the football programs in '96.

The San Jose Stealth have done great at drawing crowds for their NLL games.

Except only the opposite.

Well, it doesn't help that their owners don't care about the team at all.

Well, it doesn't help that their owners don't care about the team at all.

Actually they were just bought out by a local tech company, as for the Dragons they are owned by a local group called the Ross valley lacrosse org or club im not sure(in marin). Both these organizations put alot of time and effort its just alot of people from san francisco are not willing to drive down to san jose to watch the stealth and vice versa alot of people from san jose wont drive up to watch the dragons. I think this will be a crucial year for the stealth, they have been tetertotering(I dont know if thats spelled right) on the brink of collapse for a while, if they dont rake in the numbers they might leave. As for the rumor its legit I know a few of the players that play on both the stealth and dragons and they say san jose is a for sure thing.

It seems things have run into a snag(like many things in the MLL) and the San Jose thing is no longer a for sure thing.
