Nothing...
It's like the difference between facial tissue and Kleenex. Artificial turf is the thing and Fieldturf is a brand name, a manufacturer of artificial turf.

Well, the "old" artificial turf was more like carpeting - green and pretty flat, with tiny blades, and played like a rubber mat. The newer generation of turfs (FieldTurf, Sprintturf, Nextturf, etc.) use synthetic blades of "grass" that play more like real grass fields. You don't see too many of the old style turf fields anymore, although there are a few here and there, e.g. @St. Joe's in Philly.
