i would go with a wider head with hard mesh and no whip.

I would just say use a nice high pocket with whatever amt of whip you want. Canadians use tons of whip and can finish like crazy from the inside. Its what you're used to....

im a canadian i use no whip everyone knows you can string a highpocket with tons of hold and no whip...are you talking box or feild cause when you say albany i think feild but when you say inside man i think box

Hard Mesh with quick release.

I'd try really broken in hard/semi hard/soft etc

I just prefer softer mesh for quick sticks

proton with a mid pocket and no whip. good for catching and quick sticking.

I'd say a front and shallowish pocket on a wide head with hard mesh and a little whip. Not a ton and not nothing, just a bit.
