hot glue or things like super glue should work pretty good. i hot glued part of a head that was broken and held up pretty good.

i used goop and some thin wire. it worked really well..i just out a ring of tape over the wire so it doesnt snag/dig into anyone when you check

For this you will need:
broken head[unstrung or strung depends on your ability to restring]
pliers[needle nose]
18 gauge wire,non-braided
torch
gloves
a friend if you want to help with holding the head and torch[recommended]
some hot water

this works best if you broke it at the sidewall.

what i did was take 18 gauge wire. not braided. and took the pliers and cut a piece that was about 3/4 of an inch long and then roughed the ends up by pressing really hard on the whole thing with the ''teeth'' part of the pliers. you know the grippy part, make like teeth marks.*this must be done so that the wire has a grip inside of the plastic and wont pop out if you make a hard check* then i heated up the wire so it is hot enough to melt the plastic. then had my friend spread the head where the crack was so i could fit the wire in the crack parallel to the head. making sure it is still very hot and holding the wire in the middle with the pliers you push the wire into each side of the head making sure to get a close to equal amount in each side of the plastic. the two broken sides should line up as perfect as you can get them. *heating the head in some hot water should make this a little easier because the plastic wont make the wire cool too fast* the wire should cool quickly because the plastic will be colder than it is. so keep it lined up right.

after you let it sit for 10 mins and you will be able to string it. you CAN do it while its strung but i did not do it for fear of melting something i didn't want to. its your choice. but this is a really good fix. i did it to my p+ and it worked fantastically. it will stand up to checks and it will look clean. there wont be any tape or wire or glue on the outside making it look messy. this method is also really good to use if you have a nicely dyed head and dont want to get rid of it or mess up your dye, which will keep us all happy.
***will make tut soon***

Could i use the same process (screws on each side of the crack) for a head thats broken at the top?
