Im thinking about dyeing my new head forest green. if any one has done that how did it come out and is a base coat need if so what color base ty

i tried but i failed, miserably. make sure that you only use 1/2 bottle 2/3 at most i sed a whole one. I put it in for 5 minutes and it came out black beware!

id would suggest keeping the dye hot when you have your head in there. itll allow the dye to really get into the head and give it a rich color.

mine came out like an army green, leave it for a while but not too long and make sure that water is hot, or itll wind up like mine. Also, use about 1 pack and a half or 3/4 of a bottle of dye depending on your preference and the amount of water.

by keeping it hot do u mean leave it on the burner and how do u no how much dye it use

I'd do it in stages. Start with half a bottle and see what you get. If necessary add to it and keep the dye hot. Particular shades of colours can be difficult, light can go dark, dark cannot go light.

oldptoboy is right. light can be turned dark, dark cant be turned light.

yes, keep it on the burner with a mid-low flame and how much dye depends on the shade of the color you want.
