Im pretty frustrated with jimalax right now. Iv been emailing them constantly since late august and i havent had ONE response from them yet. I wait about 2 weeks, and no answer, so im basically sending them another email about every 2 weeks. I have gotten no answer from them at all, and im pretty mad. I cant call them since its gonna cost me money for long distance calling. What can I do?

Use a home phone? I thought they emailed back pretty fast.

Heybud,

JIMALAX has been nothing less than totally responsive to me over the years, and I just placed an order and got it in 3 days. If you are calling them with questions about how to string, they dont have time for that. They are selling supplies to people that for the most part know what they are doing. Furthermore, before you slander their good name, I think it is only fair that you state the nature of your call to them. To blast JIMALAX on a message board for the whole world to see is not very cool.

Peace.

hey bud,

hes been on the forums longer than you, and can most likely string better than you. he is simply asking a question on how to contact a company, and the company owner has told him how to contact them. it is not very cool to bash him either, since hes simply asking a question. plus, you joined in october and probably didnt know that "the meshiah" is actually the owner of jimalax, who answered his question already.

peace.

There's no reason to blast another member over the internet either. You make a fool of yourself. His message wasn't to you, don't worry about it.

How the hell did you get questions on how to string from my post? I stated nothing about that so please don't assume anything about what im asking them. Where did I slander their good name? I have ordered from them for about 4 years now(probably way longer than you), and they are great. I never blasted them once, i was asking on a different way to contact them. don't put words in my mouth. To attempt to blast someone and try to assume what they are talking about when you have absolutely NO facts at all isn't very cool either.

To everyone else, I will be calling jimalax and asking them my question. Thank you. Mods can close this now
