I keep trying to buy the Gait Ice TOS to match my Torque Pro, but every time I put in the Credit Card Info and such, it says an error has occurred... anyone else with the same problems, or any ideas on what's going wrong?

I dont know what the problem is but it might be th creit info. You can buy ice tos on laxzilla.com.
