LOL I just found out that my elbow guards have been worn so many times in the exact same position that they are rusting. Has anyone else had rusty gear?

thats what i was thinking i know facemasks can but elbow pads? you sure its not just a lot of dirt?

Rust only happens to metal.
I've heard of the metal on the Warrior PC's rusting. Use some DW-40 or something.

yea the inside of my helmet where the bolts are rusted but i ahve no clue how your pads rusted
