I want to get a college basketball game, but don't know which one I should get. If you have played the game, tell me what you like and don't like about it.
I am very interested in the recruiting aspect for dynasty mode.

Check the reviews on metacritic & gamerankings. It'll compile all the major reviews together and both site's average the score's. If you're still undecided after that gamespot, ign and gamefaqs all offer reader reviews (other sites do as well) so even at that point you should be armed with more than enough info to know which one is the one for you.
