question about my user name

i was wondering if there is anyway i can change my user name i really want to change it to "tell me baby"

i was actually wondering the same thing. not if i could change it to "tell me baby" haha. but if it is possible ot change it. I like my username so its not like i would change it, but i was wondering the same thing.

I doubt you can because you never see people chnage them. People always have to start off new when they change their name.

Once you choose a username you're stuck with it. Any changes if they were to be made would be done by the admin on a case by case basis, where much like in real life for a name change there'd have to be a very good reason to warrant it (such as the one you selected was too inappropriate or contained some sort of innuendo and necessitated a change).

And please don't get the bright idea to just create a new account. If you'll refer to the rules stickied in the particular forum, it's one username per person. This is called smurfing and when discovered by any member of the staff the accounts are banned from the site.

Administrator note to all potential members of TLF (God I hope they read this):

Please put more than 2 seconds of thought into what will eventually become your user name. This is your identity on the boards. Take a life lesson from the people who have posted, and will eventually post begging for name changes. WE DO NOT DO NAME CHANGES ON THIS BOARD FOR ANY REASON. I could get into the history of this, but its been posted so many times, that literally I think if I tell the reason again, the board will crash and Royce will cry.

Once again, no name changes. There is no user name on TLF thats so horrible that you can't live with it. I know this, because any user names that break TLF rules are weeded out promptly, and all those that pass the first test are good enough to get the lax info, and get your point across flawlessly. And isn't that ultimately the point?
