The judges will be myself, K-Lax215 and Bikeboy610. This contest will run until December 25 at exactly 10:00, the day of christmas incase people want to post christmas presents. The judging will be run, by us judges choosing a top 8, and then we will hold a poll where members can vote, and choose the top 4. It is ok if you did not string the head however it cannot be strung by a tlf member. A judge can win as long as he is not the only person to vote for him. Now as far as the prizes go, I am truly sorry that dantheman ripped us off, but we can hopefully still have some prizes. (doing my best to get some) Update: currently have 2 prizes: A 25 dollars credit (gift card) to the Stringersshack, and rasta lax socks for Chas. Hopefully many more the come!

yes Rynolax, as a judge i will be looking at your stick in general. If it has a sick dye job or sick custom pocket that will affect how i judge your stick.

And descriptions do not count at all. It has to be pictures if you want your stick to be judged. Do not post if you can not supply pictures.

keep em coming guys! Dyes will not count as the entire idea. But a dye will be looked at carefully. And In my opinion a live leaderboard is a good idea. I will discuss this with the other judges.

This is my Brine Clutch. I dyed it with an Argile pattern that fades to Camo. I put it on a Blue Wonder Boy Xcel by Maverik to continue the Camo pattern down the shaft. I put the stinging together quickly but it works well. This is my game stick.

is there any actual criteria for what you guys are basing your decisions on as the coolest stick, ie custom string job, dye , mid-high end head shafts etc. ?

you should also award or do a sort of point system for originality ,creativity , etc. otherwise you'll just get a bunch of somewhat basic pockets just something to think about

ok guys.. here is the deal. in this contest, you may not post a stick strung or dyed by someone else, unless that person tells me that you have permission. As many of you said it is the coolest stick, I don't want people feeling that others took credit for their work, and won a prize for it. so have the person who strung/dyed the head pm me or any other judges saying it is ok for you to use it. A head not strung/dyed by a tlf member is a legal entree. This goes the same for woodies made by members. Just have the maker pm or one of the judges. as far as needing a piece of paper, at the end of this contest we will require a pic of the stick with paper under it.

from the first post it seems that it will be 4 judges although i like the idea of having TLF vote for there favorite or atleast what they think is coolest, since coolest is preference after all

That's a pretty (no profanity) move. I bet RFL or whoever is in the lead was excited about getting 2 Stiffies (lol), and then you randomly give them to someone else. How would you like it if you were in a game show or whatver and you were winning, and the prize was like a brand new lambo, then they give it to someone else. That's plain retarded, offense intended. The same goes for whoever else was placing in the top 4, and then you just give all of the prizes to the third place. (No offense to drob at all his entry was sweet). What if I ran my own contest and you were winning and then at the end I just go "Never mind I want to keep the prizes to myself." This is messed up, and even though I'm not even placing, it's still unfair to everyone else who was.

Hey guys so I have decided to hold a christmas contest involving sweet sticks. This includes heads and shafts. There will be one reward. 1st place gets 2 BN STIFFIS!!! 2nd place gets a db803 ice and a diamond.and 3rd place gets a talon Finally 4 also gets a talon. These prizes are from DantheMan. He take responsibility for these prizes, and he has assured me that he truly has them. He has supplied me with his address for colaterall. The judges will be myself, DantheMan, K-Lax215 and Bikeboy610. This contest will run until December 26 at exactly 7:00, the day after christmas incase people want to post christmas presents. The judging will be run, by us judges choosing a top 8, and then we will hold a poll where members can vote, and choose the top 4. It is ok if you did not string the head however it cannot be strung by a tlf member. A judge can win as long as he is not the only person to vote for him.

You CANNOT win without a shaft!

RULES
1. You may enter up to 3 sticks, but you can only place with one
2. The stick may not be strung by another tlf memeber
3. You must enter a head and a shaft
4. NO MINISTICKS
5. NO RESERVING SPOTS FOR POSTS
