Does anyone on here use a love knot in their face off head? does it affect your faceoffs at all?

It's only for making tight channels. Not a lot of faceoff men use them. It's really not going to affect your game. It's all preference.

If you're using a U/V shooter in your stick with a love knot, I've noticed that it does hold on to the ball a little bit more when it's in the back of your stick.

Given, I'm facing with an E3 and the head has a tight pinch to it, but the love knots really dont affect it at all hardly.

The only time it would matter is if your head is really pinched. I tried it out in my old Blade (rolled U and all) and could hardly get the ball out when I plungered. Half the time I couldn't down-the-line clamp either. Other than that it'll just give your pocket a tight channel.

personally, I love (no pun intended) a good channel in my stick, so I use a love knot. I feel that it helps me control the ball when I am raking out to a wingman.
