i just strung a custom (torpedo channel with traditional rest) and i was wondering how to do the block basicly (dont really know how else to discribe it) at the bottom of the pocket here is a picture

it's called a saddle basically you use the same knots you used for the channel and its bunched up together

yes just do the same cross over knot thingover and over then interlok from the other side
