Christmas Community Service anyone?

Does anyone here do any community service things around the holidays? i did something today in Harlem where i handed out toys and food for a while. i also did something on thanksgiving. anyone else do stuff like this?

as much as i liked too i usally would go with a group but our group got rejected because they already had enough volunteers. but i usally donate toys to tots

I normally help with Toys for Tots and other such programs of which I cannot think of at the moment. Also this year, I went with my youth group up to Minneapolis to help at an Operation Christmas Child distribution center where (as ECDeft mentioned) they had to turn down volunteers because there were so many.

I did this thing were you help little kids shop for there relatives at a local school. Each kid has a little on how much they can spend on each person, and u just help them walk around, and help them decide on what would be best for the person...its fun
