I was playing around at a park with my friend today and it had rained earlier and my mesh got wet from scooping ground balls and the ball being wet. It got really dirty, is that bad for the mesh? Also, it is all like soft mesh now. After i throw a pass, my pocket turns inside out. Is it supposed to be like this when it's broken in? If not, it there anything I can do besides replacing the mesh?

Well you can try to heat up your mesh or you can put the head under cold water then put the head in the freezer.
Take it out the next day.
Where did you get your Hard Mesh?

It came strung from STX.

that would explain why. STX has horrible mesh, especially when it is factory strung. I would probably re string it with another kind of mesh like textile's or jimalax

Those sticks are poorly strung imo. Some people say that don't even use "real mesh."
I would suggest to restring it yourself, if the freezer method does not work.

brah, heres what i do.
take the stick with you in the shower
and pound it in the shape of the pocket you desire, then leave the stick to dry, takes 2 - 4 hours and, it'll be stiff again, in that shape.
-note: make sure the mesh isnt contacting the ground when drying, leave it upright.

you might want to think about getting somebody to restring it with different mesh preferably from some website like jimlax or a lax store near your house (not dicks or sports authority unless its your last resort) as lax2life said, the factory mesh sucks its like anything you buy like a fishing rod or anything else you want to replace the mesh, string or whatever before you start really playing with it

No, just get new mesh. STX mesh is super hard at first, but after it gets wet, it is never the same.
