did the back of anyone's cpx come off? Mine came off today during a tourney when i slipped on some water. I'm talking about the gray part in the back of the helmet. Think cascade will take it back and give me a new one?

i hate when that happens, and yes mine has fallen off, but mostly, little pieces of it are ripping off :/

Mine started to come off then i hot glued it back on. They should fix it for you or you could just glue it back on.

Either call Cascade or shoot them an email. State how long you've owned the helmet and what happened. Also, say you play in college and they'll put more of an emphasis on you. I'm pretty sure you have a titanium cage, so they'll also put that into account. They'll ask you send it in (with a few instructions), and they'll probably give you a full refurbish. If you don't send them a chinstrap with the helmet, they'll give you a free one when they return it, which usually takes about a week.

Yea I just got a brand new cpx and the back is already popping out. Does yours come out completely, or just hang out with a gap?

i emailed cascade and they said to ship it to them and they're replace/repair the problem. thank you guys so much for the help.

i lost the fitting pad that goes in the back (the colored one) does anyone know where i can get a replacement?
