Is the Brine Ignite Optra C555 d-pole aluminum or titanium? I got one for Christmas and I have no idea how to tell if it is aluminum or titanium. It doesn't say anywhere on the shaft either.

so is it strong enough or will it snap or bend easily?

The Optra is a pretty good shaft. No, it's not titanium, but it is still decently strong, it just gets a bad name because the rest of the Ignite series isn't exactly durable.

I'd give it a shot though, unless you have your eye set on something cheaper...

I also got an Iggy O for x-mas, its an aluminum alloy with I guess scandium mixed into it. I like mine, goes nicely on my edge.

Its a high grade aluminum and scandium alloy. Light and strong.
