All great heads, just pick what you like, and what you don't like, and rule the ones out.
Good luck with tryouts!

you should try lax.com. its really up to you. base you decision for a shaft on:how much you want to pay, how much weight you want, how much strength you want.
for a head, you should decide based on: how much pinch you want(head rules change for the 09 season) how much weight you want, and how much stiffness you want.

Like everyone else said, it's up to you, but I would recommend the combo I use:
Head:

Shaft:

honestly the best stick for its price is the warrior kryptolite, and I advise anyone new to buying gear to get it. The best head is alot of preference and depends alot on what position u plan to play.

What stick are you going to get?
The Kryptolyte/pro is the best Warrior shaft, and the only shaft I will use from Warrior.

can't go wrong with a clutch on an 803 or kryptolyte. that sounds like a good combo

I think i might go with this setup
STX Proton Power
Lacrosse Head
and for the shaft i will get
Warrior Krypto Pro
Attack Lacrosse Handle

The STX Proton power is always good, I haven't had any experince with the evo 2.0, but there are reviews on heads here on the forums. Let me get the links....
Mini review of evo 2.0

(also evo 2.0's pinch....a lot, it also warps after face offs)
