Hey guys maybe I just haven't looked hard enough or maybe it isn't there at all but is there any NFHS rule book here on the forums? and if there is can someone send me a link?

You should get one free if you are a registered official with USL and pay your annual dues. Otherwise, they only sell them, here is a link:
