yeah, i guess it would, cause on the edge aero, the little flares on the bottom would make the bottom of head

The second pic isn't even the 'perfect' angle too, so it is hard to tell.
It is an easy test though. just hold it so that its flat, if you can see space between the TOP of the ball and the plastic its illegal.

I would consider them part of the head. Just remember that they're goign to drop the ball in and where it goes to is where they'll measure it from. And its from the top of the ball. And from that picture it doesn't look like the teeth are going to even matter because of where the ball is.
