Unfortunately there are no Senior teams in Quebec City, nor have I heard of any junior teams either.
Laval is the big university there, but is french language. I don't think there is an english university/college.

Depends on what level of lacrosse you are looking for.
Most of the QC lacrosse is centred in Montreal and the Eastern Townships, around Sherbrooke. There is a minor association in Mauricie, near Trois Rivieres which is about 90 minutes west of Quebec City.
Field lacrosse is more school based in QC I think - at high school or especially the CEGEP level.
The best place to look is here: http://www.crosse.qc.ca/ or better yet contact Pierre Fillion (pierrefilion@videotron.ca) for more info. Pierre is 'da man' for QC lacrosse info.

I'm not sure how far from Quebec City these are located, but Bishop's and McGill are both in Quebec and offer top notch lacrosse in the Canadian University Field Lacrosse Association (CUFLA)

McGill is in Montreal and Bishops is in Sherbrooke - about 2 1/2 to 3 hours away from Quebec City.
