Help I strung my first head

Hi I strung y first head yesterday. I was having trouble with the sidewall at first but then I got it. I have one question though are the sidewalls supposed to nbe loose, or are they supposed to be tight. right now I have them loose. Also I have a razer pro 2.0. the head is throwing low sometimes and high sometimes. Why? If anyone answers these questions your a hero!

You want your sidewalls tight. The reason it is inconsistent is that loose sidewalls will create inconsistency, and you have loose sidewalls. So just tighten them up and you'll be good to go.

When I tighten them the ball gats stuck in the pocket and when you turn it upside down it dosn't fall down.

It throws ok now except for the head stiil throws low and it was fine before. Is it because I have to get used to it or does the pocket suck?
