hairdryer pinching help

im gonna pinch my pulse for a box pinch. i have the pencil, baseball, strings, blahblahblah. im using a hairdryer and its pretty hot, but heres my question...how long should i blowdry it? help would be appreciated! thanks alot!

dood the hairdryer method takes forever just throw it in boiling water for like 15 minutes

yea but i wanna keep it legal around the throat ( which has a baseball :puke: in the throat at the moment). if i boil it with the ball in the throat will it mess up?

it shouldnt as long as you find someway to make sure the baseball doesnt pop out

it should be fine if the baseball is tight it may float for a bit but it will assorp water so it will sink down a bit

i put it infront of my fireplace and am leaving it till my mom gets back with dinner and i finish eating ( 1 hour maybe), will that work?

i think my method worked, its getting "room temp" as i type, lol he is the god...just why isnt he a mod yet??? o well he is as good as one.

flexy heads like the pulse should really be done with boiling water i dont get why you wont take that advise almost all of the people who posted in the thread said just use boiling water

true, its my backup indoor head. i personally hated it before i just a min. ago pulled it out of the freezer after boiling it. lol look at how much this thread has steered off.

You could just put a really short pencil (sharpened on both sides) in the sidewall holes to keep it wide. That way it won't come out and you can make it a little wider if you want.
