also concerning the bolt. The thingy that holds the head to the shaft. well when i screw it on. its keeps on going and going and going. to screw it on you turnn it clockwise. for example screwing the batery cover on a rc car. the bolt stops turning and its tight. well for a lacrosse bolt its does not do that. does this happen to u? heres a picture.

the u shooter is wrong, it looks like you are trying to string a weaved U, but you are using 2 rows of diamonds instead of one. Just weave it through one row and it should be correct. As for the screw, it seems that it is just stripped and you will need a new screw.
Heres a pic of a proper U>>

also for the screw (besides stripping it) u might have pulled it to hard and it widened the hole on the head so u might have to get a bigger screw which means u might need to drill a bigger hole thats what i had to do with one of my heads

also, the screw may be stripped. take off the head and butt end and swap them then drill a new hole

Turn the shaft 180 degrees and drill a new hole on the former face side of the shaft, you stripped the screw hole.

Just make sure your screw is long enough and then put it in and just put a little tape over it. its no gonna get out

thats what i usually do, i use plumbers tape, you know the white tape for water tight faucets and pipes and stuff, works great!!
