if your doing the drills as a team passing and catching drills definitely if nobody on your team has played before, ground ball drills just work on fundamental stuff for the first month and then build up from there depending on how much your team progresses....if your doing these individually i would play tons of wall ball, shooting on the run and from standing still, try out some dodges like the split or face dodge, !!!!WORK ON YOUR OFF HAND!!!!, and do gb's

thanks. we have a coach who was "suposably" an all american lacrosse player back in his day, unfortunantly he is very arrogant and hard to find respect for. but he is starting to come around. a few of my friends play wall ball alot and i try to do twice as much with my off hand than my right hand. some of my teammates dont take lacrosse as seriously as I. we only have 13 kids which scares me because we may loose some.

wall ball. its fundemental to lacrosse

theres a drill called power vs. finess. pretty much have a feeder at the back. take a power shot like 14 feet from the goal. than have the man behind net feed you and take a trick or finess shot. screw around with the goalie. by doing this its helping with your stick work

as an attacker you need to be completly comfortable with the stick in your hands at any and every point of the game. fool around with the stick. have complete control over the ball at every angle you move the stick to
