shooting harder and more accurate

i was wondering is there a drill/exersize that i could increase my shot speed and my accuracy i can shoot hard but that is just when i just rip it and it goes way off target so i need to wok on that




any ideas?

Just be conscious of how far off you are when you're shooting, try and correct that, and then try and repeat the corrected shot. Repeat. Repeat again from a different angle on goal. Repeat some more. Just keep at it, you'll see results.

Just go out and shoot. Theres nothing better for your shot then well...shooting.

Also, working on your core muslces and your legs can help your shot speed to an extent, but its mostly technique.
