Hey everyone, I'm in 8th grade right now with the lacrosse season coming up. I played last year for my team which was my first season playing, although I messed around with lacrosse with my friends before that. I did pretty well, started a few times too. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how I could get better at the game just all around. I condition and go running everyday. Almost every day when I have time I go down in my basement and do some wallball working my off arm also and I'm getting pretty good with that. What should I do to get better for my season?

The best thing you can do is practice, and just keep doing what you're doing now. and if you have any questions about how to do stuff or to make sure you're doing everything right, just look on these forums. theres TONS of information reguarding every aspect of the game on here. also, another thing that helps is to just watch lacrosse. its fun, easy to do, and it actually helps a lot, so its win win.

put yourself in game situations, every situation, thousands of times, this will make pressure non existant, cause you have "been" in that situation loads of times

try finding scrimmages. you can practice game type stuff, and you can have fun by practicing stuff that wouldnt work in a normal game
