Hey,
I'm in hs, I'm used to playing with an evo pro but the season is coming up soon and the summer circuit and I want some ideas to get a new head if there are better than the evo pro. Does any1 have any suggestions? I was thinking of starting to use the proton power. Help would be appreciated.

There is no best head. It is all preference. Try which one you like the best. Proton power is nice, though.

If i were you, i would stick with your evo pro. i mean, if its holding up good for you and you like it, thats all that counts, and really, thats one of the "top of the line" heads anyways (what im saying is, if you wanna get a head just cuz you want one that might be better or something, stick with the evo pro, unless you dont like it or theres something else wrong with it) .im using one right now and i love it. but yeah, like said before, its really all just preferance, some will tell you one head is awesome and others will say it sucks...

If the evo pro is doing its job stick with it, if its dying, get a new one. I am also curious about the pp.

alright well i had the same "problem" or concern you do. The last time I had an evo pro I loved it. I used it as an 8th grader then last year when it broke I decided to try something a little different.(then i was a freshmen and now i'm a sophmore in hs) I switched to a Warrior Helix. I really liked the warrior heads and decided to stick with the warrior brand. I really like the helix and it is slightly more pinched than an evo pro. My suggestion is that if your going to switch, switch to a helix, I find the helix to have better hold than an evo pro(with the correct stringing of course), and it is a bit lighter, in case your obsessed with weight of your stick. Long story short, The evo pro is a great choice but if your in the mood for something new try out the helix.
