I just got the Kings a few months ago and so far I like them a lot. They are very protective and comfortable. They are also very Flexible.

I second that. i got them for christmas and they are the most comfortable gloves i have ever worn. unlike my last pair of gloves, these dont feel loose, they are almost kinda tight, so its like you arent even wearing anything. right from the bag they are extremely flexible and game ready. the thumb also is very mobile and it doesnt feel like it constricts your movements. as for protection, i havent worn them too much where there was a lot of contact, mostly just me shooting and playing catch with my friends, but they feel like they are decent in that area. the one part that is very protective on them is the knuckle area, which i really like. so far, the palms are holding up good and thats really the only concern ive ever heard about these gloves. so i would definatley recommend these to you, or if you want something more protective, go with the kings, they are a really good glove too.

totally depends what you want to spend

if you dont want to drop 130+$ then just grab a pair of hypnos. they are about 70 -80 $ and are the best gloves for the money. They might not look as new and spiffy as the 150$ gloves but they are just as flexible and definitely a good buy for the money

first maverik dynasty's, the new ones are more expensive for like no reason and uglier.

if i was you, i would get shockers, they are so amazingly fantastic. and the other day i got some custom i pros from my older brother for free , but they are to big, if you are a size 13 than get ipros. i had to use dental rubberbands to keep them from sliding but they are sick

What is your price range? Brine Kings are great, as well as STX I-Pros. Exodus II's are sweet as well.

Go to a local lacrosse store and try some on; you can't really get a feel for what type of glove you want until you feel it on your hand.

Very true. Most of the posts on this are preference- Also, if you don't live in an area where Lax is big enough for lax-specific stores, try Play it Again Sports. The have a ridiculous amount of Harrow products. Try some of the gloves in your price range on, see how you like them.

The differences between the high end gloves, I've found, are not that major; especially if you had some really crappy ones in the past. My old gloves were $35, and now any pair which costs more than $80 feels like the greatest, most flexible, most protective pair of gloves ever. I'd suggest just going with one that has a convenient price.

Depending how much you wanna spend... Defts, Maverik Dynasty's, or Kings imo defts best bang for your buck

No reason? First ones did not have shark gel. The DII's just feel better.

Defts! Yes they aren't the newest thing, and kings are very similar, but mine have lasted pretty well for the last 2, maybe 3 years, and I wouldn't get anything else unless I had to. Broken in they move great, good protection, and the floating wrist cuff is great because I can flip my gloves off my hands but still have them attached at the wrist so when I'm done doing w/e (water, adjust strings, tie shoes, etc) they're right where I need em. Plus, I've never had a mobility issue with the cuffs, I think they increase it.

hate to tell you this, but those are from the early 80's to mid 90's.

I just sold a pair I found in the closet a few months back. They were Syracuse colors. Top row, second from the left.

I have that same exact pair sitting in my closet, practically BN. I bought thinking how cool it would be to rock old school gloves, but they felt like bricks compared to my other gloves, so I never used them.

Theres no need for these $1000 gloves.
My best advice is Reebok 5k's, and if you want something a little better Reebok 7k's. If you really want something great, Maverik Dynasty II's. Great gloves, and they don't cost $170.
