how to do shooting strings

hey i dont even bother to string my sticks, because i have before and they havent been so great..so i just have comlax string them for me, usually they do the shooting strings right but i got my head back today and instead of V and the usual two shooters i just got three straight shooters across. I dont really like it, im probably gonna bring it back and just say i didnt like the colors or something, but in the future id like to know how to do them, any tips

look at ur other sticks, and mirror them, go over under from diamond to diamond, but also up down, so on one ur at the top of the diamond, and on the next ur at the bottom, so the string looks like it spirals
