I just saw the warrior theia goggles, and i must say... how are you supposed to see out of them? i know they are the cheapest goggles on the market at $26, but there are more bars than the iris, and appears that they are situated in even worse positions...

I have been needing new goggles for awhile now seeing as my iris' got chewed by the dog. I have been out of the goggle loop for so long now (as a goalie) i havn't a clue when the 4sights are coming out, if they havn't already. can anyone point me in the right direction to go? by the looks of it, the 4sights will probably be next to grace my gym bag, but who knows... the theia may, by some miracle on warriors part, get the nod**...

**(based on price and my cheapness seeing as i have to buy them, and am savin up for something else.)

looks like they tried to have all the bars meet in the middle, where your nose is so it wont affect your vision.

STX Foresights look pretty good...yet all girls at my school wont buy anything other then cascade (not like theres any serious lax players at my skool...the mian reason they wont get the other ones is cus they're "ugly")

the 4sights are out now; a girl on my club team has been playing with them & i think she likes them.

personally, i want to get the debeer ones (the name isn't coming to me at the moment). i tried them on at all star express and liked them. plus, i think they look the best. :)

oh, by the way...you should see the new shamrock goggles. they are by far the worst. there's an advertisement for them in uslacrosse, i think.

The new deBeer goggles are called the Vista. They are very similar in shape to the STX ones, which I'm pretty sure I'm going to pick up as soon as I can find 'em. I have not tried on the deBeer ones but I figured I'd send some support towards STX because I know some of the gals who designed the 4sight and I've already tried them on and it gives great vision.

i know what you mean...but i think those were just a proto type because they aren't out on the market yet. I have seen the revised version they are doing and they look way different. I would wait till they are on the shelf before I make any judgments....shamrock has good stuff they are just much smaller then the other companies.

STX is the smallest..it's very minimalist...not as clunky as the other brands....i played w/o goggles in middle school...i guess STX comes closest to not having one on...lol

I tried on the 4sight again at Duke camp yesterday and I've changed my mind. They are nice, much better than the Iris at least, but I've heard that the Vista (dB) is really nice and I know that Cascade is coming out with the I Pro (that look intrestingly similar to the 4sigh...ahem...) that keep that weird side piece thing that I saw in an earlier prototype but change the face mask a whole bunch.

yes, i think the ipro looks very similar to the 4sight...but pictures can be deceiving...brine's concept guru goggle is much bigger than the pictures lead you to believe...btw i got the stx about a month ago and it was only available in gray...it has a prototype look to it w/o color.....but the small footprint is awesome...it doesn't hide my cute looks...j/k.....lol!!

For those of you who have not seen them. They look very 4sight/Vista-ish but supposedly have a unique strap.
