Ya follow the link njone gave you, it has everything you possibly need to know about stringing a head. There isn't anything on how to specifically string a Helix but it will give you a general idea on how to string any kind of head.

Id like to take a moment here and advise you not to restring your game head today is the game is tomorrow. You just wont have time to break it in or get used to a new stringing or head, use the one youve got.
