I found these great instructional videos online. It shows alot of information that helps teach lacrosse. Hopefully this will relieve alot of the "Am I doing this right?" or "How do I...?" questions. The best thing is, they're free.

Wow, this sites got some good stuff on it. great find! personally i think this should be a sticky just because of how many people are always asking how to do stuff right and such and this site pretty much covers every aspect of the game. not to mention the quality is good too.

ive been on sportskool alot its a great website its also on comcast if u want to watch it on ur tv but u can also watch a lot of other sports too if u wanted to
