my stick is a sc+ti premeire and a clutch. its so insane
my workout: run a mile every other day down my driveway (i have a long driveway). i have a trainer who is also gunna be our coach this year, hes doing stuff mainly engineered for lax. deadlifts, sqauts, benchpress, curls, chin ups, pull ups, pull downs, and other crazy stuff that got me ripped in 2 months (no joke)
my equipment: my shoulder pads are the players club 7.0 warrior pads. my helmet is a cpx, elbow pads are lo pros (extremely underrated but so insane), my gloves are shockers and i love them.
