Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anyone knew where post-collegiate men's field lacrosse is played in Canada?
Basically I'm 24 (out of college for a couple of years now), from New Zealand and have been playing lacrosse for only 1 season. I'm going to be looking to travel overseas sometime in 2009 and I would like to go somewhere to play a lacrosse season. I was thinking Canada or the U.S., and Canada is much easier to get a VISA for.
I've been trying to look online for post-collegiate men's field lacrosse in Canada but I haven't had a whole lot of luck for getting a "feel" for it. Does anyone know anywhere in Canada where post-collegiate men's field lacrosse is thriving? Especially if the entry skill-level is relatively low (given I don't have a whole lot of experience).
I know Box is pretty big in Canada, but it seems so different than field lacrosse, so I'm a bit wary of giving it a go. I think I'd prefer field...
Any thoughts/advice would be greatly appreciated!
